Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes how refunds and cancellations are handled for purchases made through Shopilead, operated by Adel Chemi (sole proprietorship). All payments are securely processed by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record.

1. Refund Requests

Customers may request a refund by contacting contact@shopilead.com within 14 days of purchase. Please include your order number or the email address used during checkout.

Once a request is received, it will be reviewed in accordance with Paddle’s payment system and applicable consumer protection laws. If approved, the refund will be issued via the Paddle dashboard.

  • Card refunds typically process within 3–5 business days.
  • PayPal refunds usually process within 48 hours.

2. Cancellations

You may cancel your Shopilead subscription at any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will retain full access to your account until that date.

3. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed by Paddle and are subject to their system limitations. For example, card transactions can only be refunded within 120 days, and PayPal within 179 days of the original transaction.
