Refund Policy

Shopilead, operated by Adel Chemi (sole proprietorship), provides instant access to digital data and services. Due to the nature of our service, we generally do not offer refunds for subscription payments already processed.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment or billing error on our part
  • Technical issues that prevent access and cannot be resolved within 48 hours
  • Service downtime exceeding 24 consecutive hours
  • Situations where required by local consumer protection laws

Non-Refundable Items

  • Partial months of service
  • Credits or data exports already consumed
  • Change of mind or unused subscription time
  • Failure to cancel subscription before renewal

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for early cancellation.
